Once again the Monster Mania men are on tour!

The newly revised Monster Mania team are off on tour once again. Following hard on the heels of a very successful trip to the Baltic’s in 2006 the Monster Mania Men are all looking forward to making the trip back across the Baltic Sea.

The 2007 tour has grown in size, more than doubling the 2006 dates to five. With three new countries to visit as well as making welcome returns to both Estonia and Latvia all of the Monster Mania team are excited about this season’s expansion of the tour.

New countries to be visited include Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Finland. The Monster Mania promotions team have been hard at work in these countries making sure that all the monster trucks fans know that Monster Mania are coming..

The Baltic tour also includes some of the racing rounds for this years EMTRC championship. Rob Williams in Red Dragon is keen to retain the title taken from him in 2006 by BIGFOOT. As a previous winner Rob has shown that both he and the truck have what it takes to be champions, only time will tell if it is once again to be his year.

Also in the hunt is the EMTRC permanent Mr Consistency with a string of runner up spots, Tony Dixon in Swamp Thing. Can Tony this year show that he has the extra that is needed to go from nearly there to really there, again only time will tell.

2006 EMTRC champion Nigel Morris in BIGFOOT® #17 is rearing to go, hoping to be the first driver ever in the history of the EMTRC series to retain his title. After the devastating crash of BIGFOOT® at the end of 2006 at the hands of celebrity driver Ingrid Tarrant 2007 sees BIGFOOT® debut a completely new body with a completely new paint scheme. The first racing pictures of the new truck will be posted just hours after the first event.

Also up for the challenge are this seasons new boys. Graham Smith in the newly rebuild Supercharger monster truck. With a racing background in quad bikes, this is a new driver with BIG ideas. Lets see how he fares in his first EMTRC series. Next up is Luke Taylor newly appointed driver of the Monstrous truck vacated by Drew Thornton. Luke is another driver with racing in his blood, Luke’s background is in saloon cars and off road racing, so he should have the skills he needs to do well in this his rookie year.

Check back often as we plan to post updates during the tour.
