Goods are sent via courier on a next next day service provided order is placed before 2.30pm Monday - Friday and is within UK (3-5 day for Scottish Offshore, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Highlands, Isle of Man, these areas will incur a surcharge). We do not deliver to Ireland.

Carriage cost to other countries will have to be quoted when ordering. No order will be despatched until customer has been notified of extra cost.

RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return your purchase please follow this procedure:

1.  Keep all materials shipped and return within 7 working days.

2. Only faulty or damaged items can be exchanged.

3. For items incorrectly ordered, there will be a carriage charge from our carriers to collect and return the items to us. This is usually  double the standard rate.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you thoroughly check your item on delivery BEFORE you sign the delivery note, as the couriers will not process any damage claims if you have signed " received in good condition" - this then prevents us from replacing item or refunding the payment as we are unable to make a claim.

Please provide a contact number for the courier in case of any problems during transit.
